Australian Jewellery Valuers
Appraisers in Australia are more commonly known as Valuers. One would normally expect a Valuer to hold a gemmological qualification, typically they would be a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Australia, although many have the equivalent British qualification from Gem-A. Look out for the post nominals FGAA and FGA.
The principal body governing Valuers is the National Council of Jewellery Valuers (NCJV) although there are other associations both national and international that have members in Australia too.
Click the "View Profile" button on the Valuers' listings below to view their full profile. This displays their credentials, fees, gallery, client reviews, an outline of their valuation & gemmological services and advice on how you can do business with them.
The Valuers shown below are arranged by the number of customer reviews they have received.
