I had a fair amount of jewellery for valuation for my Aunt’s affairs. I had no clue about quality, value etc., but needed to record this information formally. Georgina Deer provided a friendly efficient service and has excellent knowledge in her field. Without delay she assessed the selection into groups, examined, weighed and photographed them and provided a full catalogue, written outline of items and their value.

I attended the Sale office which was conveniently placed just off the M60 motorway in a building that was easy to find and with secure parking. I received copy of the portfolio/valuation in the post within 2 days. Probate

This company carried out an evaluation for probate on my late parents' jewellery (Asian and western.) Conducted in a manner that made us all feel comforted in what could have been an emotional occasion.

We are sharing our experience with others and confidently recommend this company. Reluctant to post sentimental items, we sought a valuer who was qualified to do so in our presence. Skilfully and promptly conducted. Even let us view hidden inscriptions on one item. We left within a hour with our beloved parents effects. A report was received within days. Great Service

I recently purchased an antique engagement ring online and I wanted to be satisfied that what I had purchased was as advertised by the seller and also for insurance purposes obtain valuation from a reputable valuer.
Georgina in all my communications was quick to respond and happy to answer any questions. Arranging a convenient time was easy. On meeting Georgina she was very welcoming and happy for me to stay whilst she reviewed the ring. I liked her attention to detail and she took the time to explain how she was evaluating the ring and what she was looking for. Importantly, she was honest, some of what the seller had told me about chips / wear and tear had proved to be more significant but there was also some good news. Overall I was happy with my purchase and the valuation.
The report I received was very professional, clear and concise prefect for the purposes of insurance. Overall and excellent service and great value for money. I would highly recommend.
